When I created this beautiful floral infusion I wanted it to be more than tea. I yearned for the old ways of using herbal medicine as an ally for our health and wellbeing, thats exactly what this is, a gentle reminder of the sacred moments in the mundane.
As part of our mission to encourage looking inwards and slowing down our Ceremony Audio is a micro-meditation that is intentionally brief, deeply powerful. Designed to accompany your cup of Seremony Tea and help you enter a gentle state of presence, whilst your tea is brewing aka charging, you have 10 minutes to close both eyes and move inwards into your own ceremony.
We honor that traditional meditation can be difficult. Sitting still in silence for extended periods can feel overwhelming, especially with a busy mind or a nervous system on high alert. That’s why this offering isn’t long. It’s intentional. It's accessible. It’s ritual reimagined for the modern, healing soul.

An organic floral infusion of blue lotus, chamomile, rose, lavender, hibiscus & oat straw. This tea is intended as a ceremony in each cup, returning the sacred to the mundane moment. A ceremony is provided to be with the medicine of this herbal infusion used before sleep to lull the nervous system into the rest and digest state.

Traditionally revered in Egyptian ceremony, Blue Lotus contains aporphine, an alkaloid that interacts with dopamine receptors, producing mild euphoria and deep relaxation. Studies show its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties may support cognitive function and emotional balance.
Essence:
This is your dreamtime portal. Blue Lotus activates the third eye, invites lucid states, and gently opens the heart without overwhelming. It’s the flower of sacred softness. -
One of the most researched herbs for sleep and anxiety, chamomile contains apigenin. This compound binds to benzodiazepine receptors in the brain, producing a sedative effect. It reduces cortisol and supports digestion.
