Our Approach

Zena sees her role as a facilitator in her clients' journeys to rediscover and reclaim their power and autonomy. Through Somatic therapy she includes practices of the body that may be absent in traditional psychology therapy. As a psychotherapist she seeks to guide clients into holistic wellbeing. 

Four Stages Of The Work

1. Somatic Repair
We begin with the body. Breathwork, nervous system regulation, somatic tracking, and right-brain techniques to bring your system out of survival.

2. Narrative Reclamation
Through therapeutic conversation and experiential exercises, you rewrite the meaning of your story .

3. Integration of the Soul
Using creative right-brain modalities (IFS, visualization, ritual, voicework), we reconnect to your inner wisdom, spiritual safety, and higher consciousness.

4. Post-Traumatic Growth
We don’t stop at surviving. We walk with you through re-embodiment, relational repair, and becoming the version of you that was buried by fear.
