Therapy Intensives
Our intensives are 2–3 hour deep dives into your inner terrain. These sessions are crafted for individuals ready to explore beyond the surface, gently unwind trauma loops, and experience embodied clarity.
-
You’ve done therapy before but want to go deeper with somatic-based or integrative work
You’re navigating a significant life change, loss, or decision and want a space to unpack it fully
You’re someone who thinks deeply and wants a therapist who can meet you there
You’ve felt rushed or unsupported in short sessions and want a more grounded experience
-
You’re in acute crisis or active addiction without other supports in place (weekly support is better here)
You’re seeking a diagnosis or Medicare mental health plan (I do not work within that system)
You’re looking for ongoing weekly therapy — this is an adjunct or standalone option
-
The duration of our intensive sessions range from 90 minute to 3 hours. The cost ranges from $280- $600

In my years of practice, one truth has become clear: some healing simply needs more time. The standard 50-60 minute therapy session often isn’t enough when you’re unpacking long-standing trauma, navigating a major life event, or searching for clarity on something that’s been sitting in your nervous system for years.
That’s why I offer Therapy Intensives — structured, longer-format sessions (2–3 hours) that allow us to drop in, stay with the process, and create sustainable change without constantly watching the clock.
What are therapy Intensives?
A one-off or recurring extended session that allows us to work with greater depth in one sitting. It’s not a crash course or a quick fix. It is a focused, uninterrupted space designed to meet you where you're at and help you gain traction in your healing.
These sessions are ideal for:
Complex trauma work that requires more safety, preparation, and integration
Somatic and nervous system work that takes time to regulate and settle
High-functioning individuals who don't need weekly therapy but want clarity in your healing journey
Busy professionals or parents who prefer less frequent, deeper sessions
People feeling "stuck" in their current therapy or personal development
